Tony Blair, el enemigo en casa.

El otro día tuve una conversación muy animada con unos familiares. Hablamos de muchas cosas, y entre ellas, comentaron algo que me dejó perplejo: salió el tema de la conversión de Blair al catolicismo y yo comenté -ingenuo de mí- el impacto mediático en positivo, como ejemplo para los anglicanos. Parte de lo que me contaron lo podéis leer aquí : "En declaraciones a la revista para homosexuales Attitude, el ex primer ministro británico Tony Blair, declaró que “las religiones organizadas están ante el mismo dilema que los partidos políticos cuando se enfrentan a circunstancias cambiantes”, y agregó “que las objeciones a la conducta homosexual por parte del Papa Benedicto XVI son una cuestión ‘generacional’ -es decir pasajera-. Cualquier evolución en la doctrina católica sobre esa cuestión es resistida por los líderes de la Iglesia a causa del ‘miedo’ al cambio. Los líderes religiosos deben aceptar que el mundo está cambiando” e intentar “liderar el cambio y conectar con la gente”.
